Domaine de Fontsainte - Corbieres Gris de Gris - Languedoc, France

This rosè from the far south of France was one of our absolute favorites last summer. Mostly Grenache Gris with a little bit of Carignan and Mourvedre, the balance and elegance found in this bottle are tough to beat in such a refreshing and fun wine.

"Grenache Gris is a pink-skinned, more characterful version of Grenache Blanc that ripens into a bouquet of fresh nectarine, white cherries, and bergamot. The pale juice released from gently pressing the grapes immediately after harvest preserves the fruit’s delicate aromas and transforms into a delicious rosé, purely and simply."
