100% hand-harvested single-vineyard Garnacha from a tiny one-acre plot on the Ver Sacrum estate. Wine undergoes 50% whole cluster fermentation to keep it fruit-forward and juicy before aging in both used French Oak and large clay amphora. The result is a vibrantly fruity and aromatic wine with darting strawberry and raspberry notes, subtle spiciness, and lovely fresh herbs. A must-try for Pinot people!
